SON OF SAUL (2015)

french preview

October 1944, Auschwitz-Birkenau.
Saul Ausländer is a member of the Sonderkommando group of Jewish prisoners isolated from the rest of the camp and forced to aid the Nazis with their programme of genocide.
He is working at one of the crematoria when he discovers the body of a boy whose features resemble those of his very own son.
Amid plans for a Sonderkommando rebellion, he decides to do the impossible: save the child’s body from cremation and offer him a proper burial.
